I started my day with an intense craving for gelato. I have no clue what caused it–longing to travel back to Rome perhaps? I am now debating buying an ice cream maker and a gelato cookbook so I can make it whenever I want. I’m thinking of all the amazing fresh fruit gelatos I would make. I’d be less likely to eat ice cream out, but possibly more likely to eat ice cream in general.
Does this sound like a way to indulge healthy cravings or a disaster waiting to happen?
