Girls Gone Healthy Podcast: Pulling All-Nighters

So if you liked the Girls Gone Healthy debut podcast that Leah and I did, be sure to check out the latest installment! This one covers that vice most tempting to all co-eds: alcohol. (And if you aren’t in college, yet drink like you are — no judgments — you should definitely still tune in!) In this episode, we cover the calories in some typical drinks, best choices at the bar, ways to avoid drinking when all your friends are, and how to have a healthy hangover! I mean, at this point, I think it’s something I could probably list as a second major, so I think the advice is worth taking.

LOVE these! please keep them coming! i’m currently a college freshman, and the information in them is so helpful – i’ll be trying your vodka and water combo tonight :)

I’ve since graduated college about 2 years ago and lord knows alcohol has been a contributor to my gaining weight. But lately I’ve been trying to cut back and although I do drink socially I try not to incorporate juices in my drinks unless there is absolutely nothing else and I still feel I would like a drink. But I love to go for a Gin and Tonic, they are refreshing and fairly low in calorie count. I’ll try out the vodka/water but it does sound kind of nasty lol….maybe i’ll try it with club soda! that usually makes everything better. Anyway love the podcasts can’t wait to hear more!

TRUST ME on the vodka water!!! Put a lot of lemon/lime in it; if you don’t like it, I owe you a drink! ;)
