OTB Challenge: Shock Your Body

Heyohh! Happy Monday night!

It’s time for another Outside the Box Challenge. This week’s challenge is brought to you by Core Fusion, and we have our first weekly prize!

You know how much I adore Core Fusion, and I’m so excited because the people at Core Fusion were cool enough to donate two DVDs to us: Thighs and Glutes and Pure Abs and Arms.

Outside the Box Challenge Week #2: The Core Fusion Shock Your Body Test. Last week, you got your hands dirty. This week, it’s time to get sweaty! For this challenge, you have to try a new workout: it can be a new machine at the gym (like the poor, neglected rowing machine), a new DVD, a class you’ve never tried before, or just a new and different way to do cardio or strength training. To make sure you really shock your body, it should be something you haven’t done for the past three months!

Everyone who submits an entry to this week’s challenge (regardless of whether you entered last week) is eligible to win one of the DVDs. We’ll pick the winners at random from all the eligible entries this week.

Hey girl, its me again! I bought the Core Fusion DVDs after reading about how much you loved them…but I haven’t yet tried them out(which will be perfect for the challenge!) I was wondering if you think CF is enough strength training if I do it 3x a week? I’m just wondering if that will be enough, or if you think I should incorporate weights also? Thanks for all your tips!

I DEFINITELY think it’s enough!! Seriously, they made a huge difference in my body…comparable to doing millions of squats!

With my fitness coach out of town this week, I’m planning on doing their new Rush PowerX class! I already did my first spin class this past Saturday and my 2nd Zumba class this morning! I’ll definitely submit my entry once I’ve done the PowerX class.

I came upon your blog through someone else…I can’t remember who it was, you know how blog hopping can be. Anyway…I’ve been diligent with my New Year’s Resolution to get back into shape after a year of complicated health problems. I am a little more than halfway to my goal and had hit a major physical and emotional plateau. So, after reading about your challenge, I decided it was just what I needed to get me going again. So yesterday, I incorporated the 30-Day Shred into my workout. I’ve been working out faithfully for the past couple of months but when I woke up this morning I was sore for the first time in a while. Thanks so much for the inspiration! Have a great day.
