It’s no secret that Leah is one of my good friends and blogging besties!
She’s also my go-to nutrition guru. While I know a lot about food and weight loss from my own experience, Leah is just so passionate about healthy food and always has the answers I need. Last week I desperately e-mailed her “I want to make chicken salad but I don’t know what mayo to buy!” and of course she had the answer (use full-fat Greek yogurt!) before I had even gotten to the grocery store.
After I ran the Disney marathon in January, I noticed my body was just clinging to weight, so I turned to her for advice, and oh, she set me straight. Then you’ll have a 45-minute consult with Leah. During the consult, she’ll talk through your evaluation and craft your plan.
