Ugh, I HATE washing my hair!

I <3 dry shampoo :)

Dry shampoo is literally the best thing ever invented. Changed my whole life.

I skipped my workout this morning because my ass hurts so much from a tough Bodypump class two days ago…but I am going to go for a run after work. And after I run? So not washing my hair.

I love your Sorry I’m Not Sorry Posts! I have curly hair naturally that I tame with curling gel and today rather than wash my hair because I was too lazy, I straightened my yesterday hair with curling gel and all. And it looks awesome! haha :-)

Seriously, I run every morning. I wash my hair, it’s a damp, frizzy mess all day. The next morning I get up, hair looks AWESOME, and I throw it up in a pony tail to start the cycle again. Cruel, cruel world.

ah, this is me in a nutshell. except for the rare occasion that i decide to straighten it for a night out, only to ruin it the next morning.

Dry shampoo doesn’t work on my hair! My hair doesn’t get oily…it just gets dry…so it serves no purpose!

SO DAMN UNFAIR!

I <3 this! Seriously! haha I have naturally curly hair and straighten it all the time. It takes too long sometimes, so that is normally my only reason for ever skipping a workout.

Then baking soda will make your hair literally stand up :( ! I have fairly greasy hair and have gone completely shampoo less for the past 3 months coz i was having issues! Baking soda wash twice a week is all my mane needs to stay sane!

hilarious. as a curly haired gal who straightens it, sacrificing a good hair day for a run is such a challenge

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve done that :) I just say i’m being healthy for my hair…by not washing it TOO often :)

I’ve written off good hair days for a very long time.

This morning I did the opposite. I didn’t wash my hair because I knew I was going to work out tonight and I would have to wash it then.

When I was running on Sunday I found a bridge someone had spray painted I’M NOT SORRY in huge letters across it. I thought of you and wished I had my camera.

I’m like a damn 50’s housewife. I plan my entire life around when I’m going to wash my hair, so I’ve definitely skipped workouts because I was having a good hair day.
