The nagging pain in my wrist went from the just-during-push-ups thing it was last week to an all-day thing this week. Finally, a trip to urgent care last night revealed a strained wrist. The fix? This super-cool brace, prescription-strength Aleve, and instructions to rest it for the next week or so.
