It’s a three-day weekend!
I have one bit advice for you this holiday…
Use this recipe from Eat, Live, Run…and then add a quarter-cup of diced red onion, a diced red pepper, and a few pinches of sugar.
Take it to a BBQ on Monday.
Or make it for yourself and eat it on everything.
You could eat it on juicy burgers with pepper jack cheese, as I did at lunch today when I had my coworkers over.
Or you could just eat it with a spoon.
Seriously…it’s that good. I’m going to make a double serving next time.
(And next time will probably be…tomorrow.)
