Welcome back to Free Things Thursday!
A couple months ago, a reader named Lea e-mailed me and had some very lovely things to say about my blog. She said that some of my posts had inspired her to work on something she really loves doing — which included starting her own Etsy shop — and as a thank you, she offered to send me an item from the shop and offered me one to give away to one of you. I love Etsy and was thrilled to spotlight a small business, especially a reader’s small business, so I was all about it.
She has a bunch of styles of scarves and hats to choose from; after you choose a style, you select a color of yarn. After some debate, I went with the Möbius Cowl in glacier and I’m really happy with my choice. I love it.
The color is even prettier in person and it’s just a really nice accessory that I’ve been wearing frequently. (God bless the holidays at home and some cold fronts in Texas.)

I loooove the Mobius Cowl Neck scarf! I like the Glacier color too but one of the white or gray colors would go nicely with anything… very cute stuff!

Definitely jumping on the bandwagon (perhaps its the very cold weather in NYC this morning)–the Möbius Cowl is awesome! I’m loving the pine, linen, and wheat. However, it was pine that first caught my eye–pine it is!!!

Such pretty stuff! I would definitely go for the bohemian scarf in cranberry. I’ve been wanting a scarf like that in a nice red shade for so long (but already have plenty of winter scarves…)!
The mobius looks super cozy but I prefer to wear scarves a little tighter around my neck- so the buttoned cowl looks perfect (esp in gray marble).

I would choose the basic ear warmer without the flower in wheat. I’ve actually had my eye on it for awhile, and put it on my birthday wish list (February) but would love to be able to check it off early!

I just purchased the flowered ear warmer in wheat with a raspberry an burgund flower. That cowl would make a perfect addition;) Can’t wait to purchase more!
Just recieved my ear warmer and it’s better than I imagined! Unlike other ear warmers, this fits snugly and doesn’t slip creating that “mushroom” on top of your head;) it’s extremely soft and very warm, as I just wore it to the store. I recieved many compliments on it which immediately assured me that Chucklefish know’s what they’re doing. Can’t wait to order more. Thanks, Lea.

I just sifted through the site and LOVE everything. If I won, I’d have to go with the flowered ear warmer in wheat with a burgandy/raspberry/or barley hinted flower. Actually, any flower would be nice…I’d leave it up to the expert ; )

Hey, Carly! It IS really soft and cuddly–it’s a wool blend so it’s soft and machine-washable while still having the nice body that wool has.

The earwarmer in wheat is so cute. I’ve avoided the trend for awhile now, but the fact that I now wear my hair more up than down means I need something to help my poor ears survive the winter winds. This would do the trick!
I hate to be copycat but I think I love the Mobius cowl in Glacier! Although every time I look at the color swatches I change color preference… So there’s that!

Wow, cool! Way to go Lea for opening an awesome shop. I’d love the Mobius cowl but I’m having the HARDEST time picking a color, because they are all fabulous. I think I’d do glacier because it would go with more things that I have, but the cranberry and spice are both SO pretty! Loving free things Thursday!

It is FAH-REEZING in New York City right now, and I reeeeeeally need something like the Bohemian Scarf to wrap around my neck one million times. And I would do it in Cranberry for a pop of color against my black gloves and black/white chevron winter hat. Sweet! Cute stuff!

The Buttoned Cowl is amazing! It looks like everything is seriously hot and bothered for the Mobius cowl, but really, buttons are fun. Circles, not so much fun.

I literally just spent 10 minutes deciding what color I’d want for a contest I probably won’t win, but the Mobius cowl in apricot would match so much of my winter wardrobe. It’s absolutely lovely and so cozy looking!

I just googled cowls and your blog was on top! I’m a Texas transplant to NJ and would love to showcase the beautiful Spice Mobius Cowl. It will go perfect with my strawberry blonde hair and the earthy colors I enjoy. It will also be beautiful draped atop my brown or green coats on the hook at work with her business card and website displayed above it!
