I absolutely believe you should treat yourself, but you should treat yourself to really good, homemade stuff…not processed, store-bought crap with unpronounceable ingredients.

When I talk about treats, I talk about two kinds: taste treats and calorie treats. Most of these treats are calorie treats, but that’s OK!
